MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Mifal Kol HaTorah Kulah:

The Kol HaTorah Kulah Project is perhaps the pinnacle of the Rabbi Avrohom Eisen, the Pozna Rov’s empire of Torah, and serves as a lasting legacy to its architect, the Sar HaTorah and master of the entire Torah, Rav Chaim Kanievsky. In fact, Rav Chaim once remarked to his confidante, Rav Eisen: One who partners in Torah through this framework will merit in Shomayim to have said “ אשרי בידו ותלמודו לכאן שבא מי, fortunate is one who has come here with his Torah learning in hand.”

Rooted firmly in Rav Chaim’s precise definition of what constitutes the totality of Torah knowledge, Kol HaTorah Kulah serves as the ultimate partnership between laymen and elite Torah scholars who learn the entire Torah—Kol HaTorah Kulah—on their behalf within a few short years.

At its core, the project is built upon profound Yissachar–Zevulun partnerships that unite elite Torah scholars with visionary lay partners. Through these rigorously-crafted agreements, individuals who may not themselves be able to dedicate their lives exclusively to full-time Torah study are empowered to have the entirety of Torah learned on their behalf—comprehensively, systematically, and with absolute fidelity. These are not symbolic sponsorships, but true spiritual—and legal— partnerships, in which each party assumes full responsibility for their role in sustaining Torah in its most complete form.

Today (winter 2026), the Kol HaTorah Kulah project encompasses twenty-three active contracts, each exceeding one million dollars, pairing committed “buyers of Torah” with exceptional gaonim avrechim.

These scholars obligate themselves to master, word by word, the hundreds of Torah disciplines delineated by Rav Chaim Kanievsky—spanning the full breadth of Torah shebichsav, Torah sheb’al peh, as well as kabbalah and the hidden dimensions of Torah. In turn, each donor becomes a genuine stakeholder in comprehensive Torah mastery, sharing fully in the merit, ownership, and eternal legacy of that learning.

“Our goal,” Rabbi Eisen explains, “is to create miniature Rav Chaim Kanievskys”—not replicas of personality or temperament, but living embodiments of unified, all-encompassing Torah knowledge. By fusing the material strength, foresight, vision, and generosity of “the Zevuluns” with the total intellectual devotion and discipline of “the Yissachars,” the Kol HaTorah Kulah project has engineered a sustainable engine for producing the Torah giants of tomorrow.

Kol HaTorah Kulah is not merely an institution, nor solely a framework for scholarship. It is a bold partnership model that allows lay individuals to participate directly in the study of the entire Torah, enabling them to come to the next world—after 120 healthy and joyful years—with the entirety of Torah in hand.
